New 'Storm videos' section

I decided to make a special section for storm videos, since that's the big thing I'm excited about this time of year. I think Blogger recently made it easier to add little sections like this, without you having to manually change the HTML code of the layout, so that helps. As I add more videos, I'll try and make a little archive section under it so you click to launch a separate window or something.
